We begin our design with an evaluation of the site, and an extensive inventory of existing conditions, soil type and salvageable plant material. This information assists us with the development of the site layout, erosion control, plant palette, hardscape design and irrigation requirements. Construction Management, Administration and Construction Observation are other areas in which we have proven our value to the Client. In these roles we can be certain that the project is delivered on time and on budget.

Federal, State and County funded projects usually require Design Concept or Project Assessment Reports and Categorical Assessment Reports. Sherman Group has the expertise, personnel and qualified consultant base to prepare these reports accurately and efficiently.
